%X The Noghays are among the Turkish communities that continue to exist in limited areas. While they strive to protect their social identity with their unique way of life and various cultural heritage products, they are at risk of losing their local culture under the rule of the dominant culture and their language due to few speakers in number. In order to ensure the survival of both Noghay language and local cultural heritage products, it is inevitable to benefit from the opportunities offered by modern technologies in the processes related to the protection and access of cultural heritage products of Noghay Turks. In this study, techniques such as digitalization and open access intertwined with the concept of cultural heritage have been examined within the scope of the benefits to Noghay culture. The study is expected to contribute to the limited literature on this subject
