%X Abstract World Health Organization declared that child abuse "in the general case of responsibility, trust and ability of the child, physical and / or emotional maltreatment, sexualabuse, neglect, all kinds of behavior involving the use of the child for " in 1999.Clinical suspicion is the first stage in determining the sexual abuse of the child. Incase of suspicion of sexual abuse in the application of the child for any reason, the physician should know and apply the steps that lead to diagnosis and correction.It should not be forgotten; to know abuse, to be able to reveal the most effective wayto avoid repeated exploits. For this reason, all health professionals should be educatedabout the processes of judicial notification, which should be informed in terms of findings of neglectabuse
