There is no tool in Turkey for pediatrics that can measure the concerns and comfort nursing students during clinical rotations. The aim of this study is to make the Turkish validity and reliability study of pediatric nursing students' clinical comfort and anxiety assessment tool in order to provide this measurement tool to Turkey¡¯s nursing literature. Material and Methods: This methodological study was conducted with 117 nursing school students who took pediatrics course between February and May 2015. Pediatric Nursing Students Clinical Comfort and Anxiety Assessment Tool is a two-dimensional, 11-items likert-type measurement tool for anxiety and comfort. Translation of the scale into Turkish and translation into the original language was carried out again, and expert opinion was taken and so language validity was made. Content validity was assessed by Davis technique. MINRES Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used to test the construct validity of the scale. Results: The Davis content validity score of your scale is 0.97 and the content validity is acceptable. The variance explained of the two-dimensional model obtained by the MINRES Factor analysis is 54.69%. The first dimension (Worry) of the two factor model consists of 5 items and the second dimension (Comfort) consists of 6 items. As a result of construct validity analyses, the proposed model is significant (p=0.196). When the model fit indices are evaluated in a combined way, the proposed model generally shows good fit. Cronbach alpha coefficients of the scale were 0.89 for the anxiety subscale and 0.68 for the comfort subscale. Conclusion: In this study, Pediatric Nursing Students Clinical Comfort and Worry Tool was shown to be a valid and reliable scale %K Hem£¿irelik %K e£¿itim %K £¿£¿renci %K pediatri %K ge£¿erlik %K g¨¹venirlik %U http://dergipark.org.tr/duzcesbed/issue/37762/390976
