%X The explanation of the content of the hadiths and declaration shed light to next century of the statement in a certain period of time is an important resource. Imam Al-Nawevi, a scholar who devoted science to his life, wrote a number of different works including el-Minhac in order to comprehend the words of the Prophet. Nawevi was a Pioneer in many aspects of commentary literature with el-Minhac as in many of his works. El-Minhac with the systematic structure, wealth of resources, variety of contents and distinguished from the Muslim commentaries before him has been the source of many subsequent commentary both content and method. Nawevi who lived in a painful century in the political and intellectual sphere, created a work that would serve to madrassa tradition, respond to the intellectual currents and convey the thought structure in his period. In this study, we have dealt with the method on commentary work called el-Minhac to the Muslim¡¯s Sahih of author. In the meantime, we took as a goal to determine why Nawevi said rather why he said. We have given signs of how the hadith has been analyzed. We have demonstrated works given in the construction of the text. We have witnessed to the fiqh ability, used the source and wealthy of content. Finally, we aimed to determine the methodology of a work which is an important milestone in the commentary literature
