Yez£¿d b. Kes£¿r el-£¿m£¿l£¿ b. Galib et-Taber£¿ , born in the city of Amur in Tabaristan (also known as Mazenderan) in the year of 224/838, has made significant works in the field of Islamic sciences during his nearly eighty years of life (death 310/923). Cami¨¹¡¯l-Beyan¡¯an Te¡¯v£¿li £¿yi¡¯l-Kur¡¯an, which is known as ¡°Tabari Commentary¡± of these works, has been the source of many commentaries written in later periods. This commentary is generally described as ¡°narrative commentary¡±. However, in Tabari commentary, there is information about syntax, grammar and rhetoric field belongs to the detailed-inductive method. This shows that, in this commentary acumen (detailed-inductive method) is in the foreground.
