The technology that intersects art and design fields to facilitate application of any technique or to improve any art material or tool, has become as symbiotic as it gets. Since the 1970s when computers and softwares turned into an art material, hardware companies such as Macintosh, IBM, Helwett Packart and software companies like Aldus, Adobe have been providing new possibilities of expression for artists and designers. Even though art, design and technology have different driving forces, their effort to achieve a better and more beautiful life as a human activity is common for all three of them. While artists and contemporary designers have been doing researchs such as color theories and usage of different chemicals to widen color schemes, programmers and computer companies have made progress from the black and white screen to billions of color tones in order to provide the best use of coloring possibilities. It is seen that both sides have beneficial results on their behalf even though relation between demand & supply is blurry for graphic design and technology. This research will try to explain in a historical sequence of the development of the color systems in terms of the possibilities provided to the graphic designer and also it will try to give a view to the future of the field and be a source for researchers and designers %K Grafik %K Tasar£żm %K Bilgisayar %K Renk %K Renk Sistemleri %U http://dergipark.org.tr/medeniyetsanat/issue/39942/408954
