%X Iraq, which has experienced great conflicts throughout history, continues to be on the agenda today. Iraq, which has always been exposed to interventions by foreign powers due to its underground resources, comes on the agenda with its internal disputes and conflicts. Iraq has been affected by Iran after Saddam's overthrow, has become a country with many militias. Along with Iran's direct influence on the country's politics, Iraq has become a place of competition and influence for Iran. Hashd al-Shaabi, mostly under influences of Iran and established against the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) leads to further deeper problems in the country. Hashd al-Shaabiorganization, which has many groups within, has become stronger than the Iraqi Army. In the changingof this balance of power disturbs countries rivaling Iraq in the region and causes them to take some measures against this entity
