Occupational accidents cause socially and economically significant loss both in developed and developing countries. Many legal arrangements have been made in our country to prevent occupational accidents. However, the statistics of the occupational accident show that these regulations can not reach success. Research show that more human-focused approaches to the prevention of occupational accidents are needed. In this context, to provide and develop the safety culture, which is described as the sub-function of organizational culture, in work environment emerges as an important issue in the prevention of occupational accidents. In this study, the effects of work safety climate perception on employee satisfaction in companies belonging to different hazard groups such as health, construction and manufacturing sector were investigated. The research was conducted on 109 employees. Relational and interactive research model has been established as a method of research and these relations are interpreted by correlation and regression analysis. The questionnaire was used as a data collection technique. As a result of the research, it is found that there is a positive relationship between job security culture and employee satisfaction level.
