%X Surgical mortality is high in elderly and high risk patients with comorbid factors. We think that sutureless aortic valve replacement is a more suitable treatment method compared to standart aortic valve replacement in order to prevent complications related to stitching also short aortic cross clamp time and total perfusion time.
