Public relations are seen to be evolved into a strategic role in order to cope with the rapid change. Strategic public relations which based on adaptation to environment as an institutional entity are seen to be advanced by some concepts and approachs in teoritical and practical regards. It needs to be analyzed theoretical and practical dimentions to understand the direction of subjects of strategic public relations. It is the aim of this work to manifest the direction and frequency of the subjects within strategic public relations in international field. It will be tried to work out which subjects in which frequency are dealth with and perspective of the works in the sense of strategic public relations by researching the papers in the journals which are published in English language.
