%X Moral and character education is one of the areas neglected in the education of gifted students in general education. Recently, he has become a developmental space that Renzulli and Sternberg both care about. In the education of gifted people, only the application of cognitive applications makes it difficult to reveal the phenomenon of giftedness. In this study, Dabrowski's Positive Desintegration Theory, Renzulli's Operation Houndstooth Theory is explained in the moral and character development of the gifted. A program model proposal for moral and character education is presented. This program model is based on the basic principles of differentiated instruction and is also based on the theory of Vygotsky
