%0 Journal Article %T A Study On The Levels Of Organizational Commitment Of Occupational Safety Specialist: Elazig Province Example %A G£¿k£¿e £¿EREV %J - %D 2018 %X In today's increasingly competitive environment employees have become an important factor for businesses to succeed. Employees have become the most important factor for businesses the human capital of the enterprises has been shaped as a value that provides a competitive advantage. Attitudes of employees towards the organizational structure of the business in which they are in have an important influence in the maintenance of assets by businesses in a competitive environment. Among these attitudes put forward by employees, organizational commitment behavior and level are in a position that cannot be ignored for businesses in terms of a sustainable competition. In this study, the organizational commitment levels of occupational safety specialists were examined according to the data of Social Security Institution in Elaz£¿£¿ province. In the study, quantitative methods have been preferred as the data collection method and ''Survey'' method has been used as data collection tool. In the study 'Organizational Commitment Scale' developed by Allen and Meyer, whose reliability and validity were measured previously, was used. The data obtained as a result of the questionnaire survey were loaded on the SPSS 16.0 analysis program and the organizational commitment levels of occupational safety specialists were examined in the sub-dimensions of "emotional'', "continuance'' and '' normative" commitment. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the level of general organizational commitment of occupational safety specialists is moderate whereas normative commitment from the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment is at a low level %K £¿£¿ G¨¹venli£¿i Uzman£¿ %K £¿rg¨¹t %U http://dergipark.org.tr/had/issue/36777/418835
