%0 Journal Article %T Efforts to Settle the Jews in Palestine and A Jewish Hospital On The Foundation Land Built; Misgab Ladah Jewish Hosp£¿tal %A Nevzat Sa£¿lam %J - %D 2018 %X Many states have been established throughout the history of Palestine and many nations have lived. However, the presence of the holy city of Jerusalem, considered sacred to Muslims, Christians and Jews, makes this region different. In the periods when Muslims were dominated, people from every religion and religion lived here in safety and tranquility. This stability continued in the Ottoman administration. But after the second half of the nineteenth century, the Jewish people began to establish a Jewish state in this land, and the peace and quiet were disturbed. The Ottoman State had to take some measures against Jewish immigration, which had been systematically and planned by Jewish organizations. However, in spite of all the measures taken, the Jews continued to migrate to these lands through unlawful means and again they built colonies on the land they had seized by some illegal methods, and built buildings such as hospitals, places of worship and schools. In this study, in order to establish a Jewish state, the Jews are using illegal methods that they resort to in order to take over the lands belonging to individuals, state and foundations in the Palestinian territories, especially in Jerusalem.
