%0 Journal Article %T Examination of Psychological Capital and Individual Creativity of Entrepreneurial Academicians %A Melike SEZG£¿N %A Nihan Tomris K¨¹£¿¨¹N %A SEZEN G¨¹NG£¿R %J - %D 2018 %X In this study, the effect of psychological capital structure on individual creative performance and entrepreneurship tendencies were investigated in accordance with the previous literature. It has been envisaged that financial risk tolerance may have an effect on the level of entrepreneurship tendencies of the participants and is included in the research model as a moderator variable. Data were collected in collaboration with Turkey Association of Technology Development Zones with an online survey. All academicians with or without a company in any technopark were identified as the universe of the study. In this way it was thus possible to make a comparison between entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial academics. Our study has been included 276 participants which is an amount of 114 academicians who already have companies in any technopark, 116 academicians who do not have any companies and finally 46 academicians who have been thinking about having a company. The regression method was used for the analysis of the research model.
