With the developing technology, it is necessary to work in line with the increasing quality expectations. In aluminum castings, modification studies are common practice such as grain refining with TiB among foundries to improve the final product quality. However, the reactivity to grain refinement and modification processes in Aluminum alloys with different chemical components varies. In this study, the change in mechanical properties of the Al5Ti1B sintered addition and Al10Sr modifying additive sand mold casting was investigated without the addition of the aluminum alloys 110, 140, 160, 177 of the Etial standard. In the study, chemical composition determination by spectrometer, microstructure studies were examined. As a result of the experiments, it was determined that when grain refiner was added, the particle structure was further thinner and the coarse dendritic structure disappeared. It is also clearly seen that the effect of the modifier varies positively depending on the content of the eutectic Si in the structure %K al¨¹minyum d£¿k¨¹m %K kum kal£¿ba d£¿k¨¹m %K tane inceltme %K modifikasyon %U http://dergipark.org.tr/apjes/issue/40960/424920
