%X Gliomatosis cerebri, which has a poor prognosis, is a rare form of gliomas. Although its clinical presentation is various, it is important to recognize it radiologically. In this case report we aimed to present a 67 year-old male patient who applied to the hospital due to peripheral facial paralysis while had been suffering from headache and dizziness with the diagnosis of gliomatosis cerebri with the help of radiologic features
