But according to the observations made by the company owners; in those companies the worker turnover is high and the workers do not care the companies¡¯ goals. In relation to these observations the literature shows that there are relations between workers motivation, organizational citizenship behaviours and the intention to quit. Those notions have been taking attention of the organizational behaviour researchers and they were taken into account separately in some small amount of studies. Goal of this study is to find out the relations between workers motivation, organizational citizenship behaviours and the intention to quit. Under this purpose, an empirical study was applied on 110 employees working on machine and sheet metal processing in Ankara Ostim Industrial Cluster. According to the results of the study, it is proved that there is a significant positive association between workers motivation and organizational citizenship behaviours.
