Because it is not possible to manage them by ignoring the cultural values of employees. In summary, cultural values are an important factor that directs the individual's thinking and behavior. In the light of these explanations, it can be said that cultural values can have a significant influence on the organizational behavior of employees. When considered in terms of tourism enterprises, cultural values can help managerial and organizational processes in tourism enterprises. For this reason, it is important to identify the likely effects of the cultural values on organizational behavior of employees. However before examining this impacts, it is necessary to analyze the related researches in tourism.
