%X Burnout characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishement of occupational groups which was especially working with individuals in a face to face manner. Burnout studied mostly in helping proffesions and teachers also predictive factors of b£¿urnout investigated. But the literature and studies about academicians burnout is not well studied and there are no data for generability. The aim of this study make a systematic review about academicians burnout. As a result variables such as academic title, duration of working as years, gender and weekly work loadare the main predictors of academicians burnout
