%X Fahr¡¯s syndrome is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by symmetric intracranial calcifications in areas such as the cerebellum and basal ganglia. Detection and treatment of hypocalcemia in this disorder, where calcium and phosphorus metabolism is impaired, is important for anesthesia application. This article describes the general anesthesia management of a 64-year-old patient with Fahr¡¯s syndrome associated with hypoparathyroidism
