%0 Journal Article %T STEM Education For Gifted Student %A Nazl£¿ BARI£¿ %A Tu£¿ba ECEV£¿T %J - %D 2019 %X STEM education is of great importance in order to educate gifted students as individuals who can adapt to the 21st century. In this study, STEM activities have been developed and applied for gifted students. The study group consisted of 11 gifted students in different age groups studying in the Science and Art Center in £¿ank£¿r£¿ province. Implementations continued 40 hours in total for five weeks in two groups. Observation notes, activity papers and opinion reporting texts written by the researcher-practitioner teacher during the application were used as data collection tools. Qualitative data were analyzed by using descriptive and content analysis methods. At the end of the study, the students' opinions and the observation notes of the researcher-practitioner teachers revealed the benefits and effectiveness of STEM education for the implementation of special skills and the problems that could be encountered during the application %K STEM E£¿itimi %K £¿zel Yetenekli £¿£¿renci %K STEM etkinli£¿i %U http://dergipark.org.tr/balikesirnef/issue/46617/529898
