%0 Journal Article %T THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE LEVEL OF SELF-CONFIDENCE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS: A CASE STUDY IN TRABZON %A Burak Herg¨¹ner %A M¨¹min G¨¹l %J - %D 2019 %X This study aims at finding out how demographic characteristics of school administrators working in elementary, junior and high school affect their level of self-confidence. The population of this study is the administrators who work in primary, secondary and high schools located in the Ortahisar District in Trabzon city. A total of 155 male and 32 female administrators participated in the study (n=187). The data were analyzed by SPSS, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Independent t-test, F (ANOVA), Mann Whitney U and Kruskall Wallis H tests were used for the analysis.
