%X In 2012, in order to institutionalize the entire organization connected to the Ministry of Education by Computer Group President a project "School Website Management Panel" project was carried out. With this project, all the institutions connected to the Ministry of Education website is provided having a common interface. Thus, the person responsible for the website and the users were offered the opportunity to process more easily and perform reliably. "School Website Management Panel" that appeals quite a large audience project should be used in a simple manner by the audience. The purpose of this research is to evaluate "School Website Management Panel" project with the design guide based usability. For evaluation process check list template TS EN ISO 9241-151 Public Websites Guide which is developed by Tš¹B£¿TAK B£¿LGEM Software Technology Research Institute was used. The data obtained from the template, is evaluated by a content analysis approach which is one of qualitative research techniques.
