In this study, it was aimed to develop a remediation proposal for the detection and reduction of the physical constraints that a casting factory is exposed to by workers working in solid fuel stove assembly lines. The manufacturing process of the plant was examined. In the first cell of the assembly workshop where the physical constraints are greatest, 3 stations and a total of 36 processes have been defined for the installation of the Four Corner Fireplace Stove. Ergonomic risk assessments have been made with REBA and BAUA methods for all operations in each station. REBA scores; 2-12 (very high) for the first, second and third stations respectively; 2-11 (very high); 2-10 (high); The BAUA scores were 1-4 (very high). For the operations to have high risk scores, improvement studies were carried out in 6 out of 8 operations in the first station, 3 out of 10 operations in the second station and 8 out of 18 operations in the third station. As a result of the developments, in the REBA scores; 72% in the first station, 41% in the second station and 40% in the third station, and the risk scores of the transactions could be reduced to "acceptable" levels. For BAUA, the percentage of improvement was 70%, 51% and 43%, respectively. It has been determined that the economic dimension of the proposals can be fulfilled to provide a healthier work environment for the employees %K Ergonomik Risk De£¿erlendirmesi %K Kas-£¿skelet Sistemi Hastal£¿klar£¿ %K REBA %K BAUA %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ogummf/issue/42742/455487
