%0 Journal Article %T DETERMINATION OF TRACE ELEMENT CONCENTRATIONS OF VEGETABLES AND FRUITS CONSUMED IN AYDIN PROVINCE %A G邦lˋen G邦ven %J - %D 2019 %X The aim of this study was to assess the concentration of cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), lead (Pb), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni) and zinc (Zn) in various fruits and vegetables sold in Aydˋn. These trace elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma optic emission spectrometry (ICP OES). The concentration range of the investigated elements were 0-0.27 米g/g, 0每0.40 米g/g, 3.23每25.05 米g/g, 0每0.33 米g/g, 7.35每554.86 米g/g, 0每2.19 米g/g, 0每58.34 米g/g, 1.03每16.84 米g/g, 4.02每48.55 米g/g for cadmium, cobalt, copper, chromium, iron, lead, manganese, nickel, and zinc, respectively. The accuracy of the method was determined by using of a standard reference material (lyophilised brown bread-BCR 191).
