International policy decisions outside the conventional policy and processes are undergoing structural changes in the media hegemony. Decision-makers in foreign politics under the influence of internal dynamics in the World are confronted with ideological discourses of the media, polarizations, and systematic pressures. Media can be a major force in producing desired policy outcomes by influencing public opinion. When media factors are evaluated in terms of international relations discipline; power parameters such as influencing masses, forming public opinion, influencing decision-makers come into play.
