Primary carcinoid tumors are usually unilateral. These tumors are usually associated with teratomas. We present a 70-year-old woman admitted to a gynecology clinic with vaginal bleeding. A mass was detected in the right adnex of the patient. Frozen examination and postoperative examination revealed a carcinoid tumor that developed within the mature cystic teratoma.
