%X Said Halim Pasha was one of the first representatives of the Islamist movement. He lived in a period when the Islamic world was struggling with political, social, economic, military as well as religious turmoil, chaos and crises. Most of the Islamic geography was invaded and colonized by Western states. In such a period, Said Halim Pasha developed various suggestions and theses on the ways that led to the downturn and the collapse and the ways of getting out of this gyros. In the decline of Muslims as much as scientific and technical backwardness; stressed the importance of the degeneration and disintegration experienced in the religious-moral plan. Returning to an Islamic essence and the unity of Islam, Muslims could stand up again
