The mediator role of the flow experience in this relationship is also investigated in the study. The sample of the study consists of 309 academicians. The questionnaire technique has been used in the study and electronically prepared questionnaire has been delivered to the academicians using snowball sampling method. Descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, and bootstrap regression analyses are used to analyze the collected data. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the dimensions of calling have a positive significant relationship with both the dimensions of flow experience and job satisfaction. Moreover, according to the results of the analysis, the relationship between the dimensions of flow experience and job satisfaction is positive and significant.
