%T The Analysis of Activity Plans of Pre-school Education in Terms of Kinds of Activity and Ways of Practices (Individual ¨C Small / Large Group)

%X The purpose of this study is; to analyze kinds of activities and their ways of application (individual ¨C small / large group) that are in all one-year activity plans. In this research, the qualitative research method is used the basic qualitative research method. The sampling of the study was determined by the sampling method of the purposeful sampling methods. The sample of the research consists of 6 preschool education plans prepared by the teachers themselves. Document analysis was used as the data collection method and the obtained data were analyzed using the criterion analysis technique. Percentages and frequency values of the plans analyzed by content analysis are tabulated. In the plans that teachers and publishing houses prepared, it is seen that all the activities except for the art activity are done with the large group most (about 65 %). In the plans that teachers prepared, it is seen that they include individual activities in the second place in preparation for reading and writing, Math, Science, Game and Movement, Turkish, Drama and Music activities (about 30 %), and in the third place, small group activities (about 5 %). It was determined that 21 % plans consist of Art, Game and Turkish activities; about 9 % of them consist of Music, Preparation for Reading and Writing, Math, and about 8 % of them consist of Science, Drama activities. In the light of this literature information and research findings, it is advised that preschool teachers¡¯ awareness of their ways of practicing activities and their including the kinds of activities evenly should be increased
