%0 Journal Article %T The Analysis of the Reasons Why Bank Customers Are Not Using Internet Banking %A Serhan KESK£¿N %J - %D 2019 %X Internet banking is a banking channel that is preferred and encouraged to use due to the advantages that it provides to its bank customers, banks and general economy. The factors motivating the customers to use internet banking are being investigated by scientific studies and results obtained are applied by the banks. With these studies, the number of customers using internet banking has increased considerably in recent years. But there is still a customer group that insists on not using internet banking. Detection of reasons why this group does not use internet banking and developing methods with the help of these studies will be used to increase internet bank usage of this customer grup. In this way, customers, banks and the general economy can benefit from the use of internet banking. For this purpose, 397 bank customers who do not want to use internet banking were collected from the questionnaire form containing 18 expressions and prepared according to the Likert scale, and the reasons for not using internet banking were determined by analyzing this information.
