%X The principle of separation of powers which closely related to government¡¯s compliance with law, is not only a principle of law, but also a politicial design. This design is aimed at limiting the government. The principle of separation of powers takes its roots from ancient times. Although its roots emerged in ancient times, this idea has chanced significantly up to now. The idea of separation of powers appears as a principle used in the classification of democratic government systems nowadays. The idea of separation of powers which functioned to use power in ancient democracies in general has become a tool to limit the power in modern democracies
