%0 Journal Article %T Evaluation of safety reporting system notifications according to years (2016-2017-2018) %A Ye£¿im Akar %J - %D 2019 %X Introduction and Purpose: The Safety Reporting System(SRS) is a platform where health events can be reported to threaten patient and employee safety, occur or occur. The aim of this study is to report the occurrence of events occurring or occurring at the Ministry of Health Sciences, D£¿£¿kap£¿ Y£¿ld£¿r£¿m Beyaz£¿t Training and Research Hospital, evaluating the reports made as a title and comparing the declarations of 2016-2017-2018 years. Material and Method: The data were collected by evaluating the incident reports made by the healthcare workers in any area of the hospital. The reports made in 2016, 2017 and 2018 were analyzed. Findings: According to the study findings; In 2016, 31 events were reported and all of these notifications were realized. In 2017, 50 events were reported, 48 of them were reported events and 2 of them were reported. In 2018, it is seen that 83 of these notifications, 83 of which were notified, were the events of 47 events and 36 notifications of events. When the system notifications were analyzed contextually, it was observed that most of the notifications were recorded in 2018. Result: When the results were evaluated, it was seen that the employees realized the reports of the incident and they did not fear and the reports showed an increase according to the years. In addition, it was concluded that there was a culture of notifying the risk issues before the event occurred in the hospital. This result is very important for the hospital. Notification before the event occurs means eliminating any malfunctions and taking precautions before patients or employees are harmed.
