%0 Journal Article %T Analysis of Interpersonal Conflict Management Approaches's in Terms of Demographic and Control Variables %A Abdurrahman AKMAN %A Emre Yakut %J - %D 2018 %X The main purpose of this study is to examine that in the event of a conflict in which white-collar individuals live with their colleagues, to determine which types of conflict management approaches (problem solving, obliging, dominating, avoiding and compromising strategy) they prefer, and to determine if the interpersonal conflict management approaches's show any differences according to demographic and control variables. The universe of the research constitutes only white collar people in the private sector enterprises that are registered in the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone. The sample of the study consisted of 400 employees who were selected by simple random sampling method. In the study, relational screening model and descriptive research technique were used as quantitative research method. Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS-22 package program. Validity and reliability analyzes and descriptive statistics were used in the study. T-test, ANOVA test and correlation analysis were performed. As a result of the study, it is seen that the conflict management approaches preferred by the employees different according to income, seniority, total experience, gender, marital status, number of employees and position %K £¿at£¿£¿ma %K £¿at£¿£¿ma y£¿netimi %K ki£¿ileraras£¿ £¿at£¿£¿ma %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ijssresearch/issue/41761/486081
