%0 Journal Article %T ACCORDING TO 1723 DATE AV£¿RIZ BOOKS KAZA OF NEVREKOP %A TAHS£¿N HAZIRBULAN %J - %D 2019 %X Nevrekop is now known as Goce Delcev and is located on the southwest of Bulgaria. The town of Nevrekop came into being as the heir to the ancient settlement named "Nikopolis ad Mestum", and the name came from Nikopolis. After being a Christian village with the Ottoman conquests, Nevrekop became an Islamic-Turkish city after this period and became an important religious center in the region. Under Ottoman rule, Gazi Evrenos Bey's important monuments near Siroz and Drama must have entered during the seizure between 776-785 (1374-1383). With the seizure of the Nevrekop plain and the Razlog village a little above, the Ottomans established a connection between the Thrace plain through the Plovdiv and £¿epino valleys. The first records of Nevrekop, an accident connected to Serez Sanjak during the Ottoman period, are found in the Tahrir book which was kept in 1445. After this period in the Ottoman Empire XVII. the avar£¿z books, contain important information about the population where they are kept, even if they are not in proportion to the tahrir books. In this study, the neighborhoods and villages of the Nevrekop city, which is connected to Serez Sanjak, will be examined based on the detailed and intangible information contained in the same book. Thus, in 1723 on the population structure of the city of Nevrekop will have information about. By examining the book, the neighborhoods and townspeople in the city center will be identified. In addition, there will be a proportion of population between Muslims and non-Muslims living in these settlements. The population residing in Nevrekop will be subject to evaluation by subjecting it to the rea and the rea outside as a separate population.
