%X We are learning from the researches that the Turks are not only a nomadic community but have been engaged in agriculture since their first period. The rich vocabulary related to agriculture and stock-breeding, distinguished as indispensable means of livelihood and elements that form the culture of the society from the past to the present for the Turkish society, must be recorded by means of the studies performed. The work named ¡°Zira£¿at Alb¨¹m¡¯¡¯written by H¨¹seyin Kaz£¿m Kadri in the early 20th century gives a chance to see the vocabulary related to agriculture and stock-breeding of the era, sharing in detail the information on the agriculture and stock-breeding of the era with the readers. There are many agricultural and stock-breeding terms in the text. Some of these terms retain the original, while others have undergone a change of voice. In this study, some data related to agriculture and stock-breeding recorded by Ka£¿garl£¿ Mahmud in Divan¨¹ L£¿gatit-T¨¹rk and some data related to common and similar vocabulary in H¨¹seyin Kaz£¿m Kadri's Zira£¿at Alb¨¹m¨¹ have been revealed
