%0 Journal Article %T Examination of the Level of Perceived Servant Leadership in Schools %A Mehmet Emin USTA %A Y£¿ld£¿z ¨¹NSAL %J - %D 2018 %X This research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the level of perceived servant leadership in teachers who work in schools. The data of this research was obtained from 484 teachers working at the primary school, secondary school and high school in the centre districts of £¿anl£¿urfa Province in year in 2015 and 2016. Perceived Servant Leadership Scale was used as data collection in this research. It was made use of mean, one-way anova and post- hoc tests to compute the datas. As a result of this research, it has been found that perceived servant leadership of the participants is at partly high level. While perceived servant leadership of the participants indicate significant differences according to variables such as the school position, appointment type of managers of teachers, school type, the numberof teacher in that school, marital status they do not indicate significant differences in terms of variables such as gender, year of working, branch and educational status %K Hizmetkar liderlik %K e£¿itim kurumlar£¿ %K e£¿itim y£¿neticisi %U http://dergipark.org.tr/suje/issue/40218/443973
