%0 Journal Article %T Risk analysis and prioritization of irregular order arrivals %A Murat Oturak£¿£¿ %J - %D 2018 %X Production is at the top of the functions that will ensure the continuity of the company. Hence, irregular orders are a major problem for companies. In this study, the main reasons for the irregular order arrivals for a production company are determined; risks that might possibly arise from those reasons are analyzed with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and same risks are prioritized with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare and validate results. As a result of the study, the type of error / factor which is the risk priority for the operation has been determined and preventive activities are determined.
