%X In this research, we dealt with the section of fourth chapter of the book of Imam Mollah Husraw which includes the topics related to usul al-Fiqh and added a review. The book consists of questions and answers between Taftazani and his students and Mollah Husraw¡¯s critics to them. Five copies were used during the investigation of the book including one which is in author¡¯s handwriting. Due to its date and elaboration the author¡¯s handwriting is selected as primary source and signified with £¿. Studies that were quoted by the author were detected, verses and ahadith were shown. Non-famous individuals that were in the book were introduced, words and books that are in need of clarification were explained in footnotes and a bibliography was added for researchers who want to reach the sources.
