%T Measuring of Intra-Industry Trade: An Analysis of MIKTA Countries

%X Intra-industry trade is an important concept in the foreign trade theory. Intra-industry trade is the simultaneous export and import of goods within the same industry. Intra-industry trade has risen rapidly in the past four decades. In this study analyzed the intra-industry trade level of MIKTA countries for the period 2002-2015. The study, International Trade Centre database and Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System were used. Standard Grubel-Lloyd index was used in this study. Results show that the intra-industry trade level high in Mexico and Turkey. Also, it was seen that the intra-industry level is increasing in the last 15 years
