%X Altough the development economies have entered a recession in recent years, the rapid economic development of some regions at the global level has led to the revision of economic growth theories. As a result, both economic growth theories and regioanl development are studied together. This study focuses on regional factors affecting regional deveopment in the light of economic growth theories.
