As a result of people's relations with the environment, the characteristic features of the public spaces are formed. They become areas where urban identity and culture are produced through characteristic features. The city squares are the main public areas of urban culture, social life and different functions. In this sense, it is expected that all age groups will respond equally to the usage needs of individuals with disabilities, patients, elderly and children. The comfort and safety of different users is ensured by designing the square and square urban building materials in accordance with the ergonomic criteria. In the study, Kad£¿k£¿y R£¿ht£¿m Square has been investigated in terms of spatial, visual, thermal and auditory comfort due to its diversity, usage density and mixed function structure. The ergonomic conditions in the square were determined by observation and in situ measurement. A detailed evaluation has been created with the user satisfaction survey applied to the square experienced.
