%0 Journal Article %T A Programmed Guitar Music (A lĄŻaube Du Dernier Jour) %A Kubilay Can %A Umut Volkan YŁżlmaz %J - %D 2019 %X The ultimate goal of this work is to examine the work of A lĄŻaube Du Dernier Jour, composed by the French composer Francis Kleynjans, in the context of the twentieth century modern music movements and to make a technical and harmonic analysis of this work as well as its narrative direction. The main subject of the work is the programmed music, whose roots are evaluated in the music of the twentieth century and the music of the twentieth century but extend to the end of the nineteenth century. On the other hand, it is also possible to find traces from other 20th century music trends. Therefore, in order to be able to make comparisons as well as to place the pieces in the appropriate position, these trends were examined in chronological order.
