%0 Journal Article %T THE EFFECTS OF LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR %A Erol TEK£¿N %J - %D 2018 %X The aim of study is to investigate the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship between leader-member exchange and job performance. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 377 teachers. In the research, correlation analysis was used to measure the relationship between variables, regression analysis was used to measure the causality and hierarchical regression analysis was used to measure the mediating role. Analyses were performed with SPSS 20. According to the findings of the research, there is a positive nad significant there is a positive and significant relationship between leader-member exchange and job performance. Moreover, it is found that organizational citizenship behavior significantly and positively effects on the job performance.
