%X In this study, the impact of economic growth end energy consumption for EU countries on environmental pollution was tested using the annual data for the period 2000-2015 using panel data analysis. As a variable, per capita GDP, per capita energy consumption and per capita carbon dioxide emissions were used and a model was estimated. According to the empirical analysis results obtained by panel data method, the effect of energy consumption on the environment is positive and statistically significant
