%X The main objective of this article is to conduct a philosophical analysis of the 15 th July, taking into account such concepts as will, liberty and freedom of will. In our work on July 15, 2016, the nature, significance and value of the demonstration of the actions of the people who descended into the squares without any hesitation for the sake of the people, the nation, the state and the flag were discussed. Besides, this article approaches the treason of the people who has become a machine by losing their character, nature, will and liberty from a critical perspective. In conclusion, this study aims at the philosophical examination of the dimensions of the events that we have witnessed on July 15th, reflected in the positive and negative freedom of will
