%0 Journal Article %T Social Identity Components in Individual Performance and The Role of Behavioral Intention: A Research on Academicians %A Fatih £¿ET£¿N %A Muhammet Ali £¿ELEB£¿ %J - %D 2019 %X In the present study. the role of cognitive. emotional and evaluative social identity on in-role and extra-role performance and the mediating role of behavioral intention in these interactions were investigated. The research was conducted on the data collected from 592 academic staff with a convenience survey method. For the interactions between variables. a structural equation model was established. and the significance of the indirect effects was examined for the mediating roles in the model. Findings show that the sense of significance as the evaluative sub-dimension of social identity has an impact on role performance. the relationship with the colleagues as the cognitive sub-dimension of social identity has an impact on extra-role performance. the commitment as the affective sub-dimension of social identity has an impact on behavioral intention without any moderating roles of behavioral intention in these processes %K Sosyal Kimlik %K £¿rg¨¹tsel Kimlik %K Davran£¿£¿sal Kat£¿l£¿m %K Bireysel Performans %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ohuiibf/issue/44847/531294
