%0 Journal Article %T Evaluation of Caustic Recovery in Textile Industry Within the Scope of Best Available Techniques (BAT) %A F¨¹sun Ekmekyapar %J - %D 2019 %X In this study; the best available techniques (BAT), are being in the textile industry production, based on the principle of less natural resources consumption, more energy saving and less waste producing, with the use of new generation production technologies and managerial tools were examined. The Best Available Techniques (BAT) applied in textile enterprises where washing, bleaching, mercerization, sizing, printing, desizing, pretreatment, dyeing and finishing operations were performed. By determining the amount of caustic used for the product in textile enterprises the economic and environmental dimensions of this method were investigated in the side bite of the recovery efficiency of caustic used in the present methods. As a result of study; it has been determined that caustic recovery is not economically feasible in all the textile factories examined. It has been determined that the recovery of caustic in textile factory using high amounts of caustic, such as mercerization, is beneficial both economically and environmentally %K Tekstil end¨¹strisi %K Kirlilik kontrol %K MET %K Kostik %K Geri kazan£¿m %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ejeas/issue/47043/544837
