%0 Journal Article %T The Relationship between Work Alienation and Organizational Health: A Field Research in the Health Sector %A Beng¨¹ H£¿rlak %A H¨¹seyin £¿i£¿eklio£¿lu %A Mustafa Ta£¿l£¿yan %J - %D 2018 %X The main purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between work alienation and organizational health. For this purpose, a questionnaire has been applied to 262 nurses working in a public hospital operating in a city in the Mediterranean region. The data obtained from the questionnaire have been analyzed by SPSS. As a result of the research, it has been determined that a significant negative correlation between all dimensions except resource use of organizational health and work alienation. It has been determined that the communication dimension has a negative effect on work alienation.
