Transactional analysis is a humanitarian theory that looks for and answers people positively about how an individual's personality is structured, how an individual communicates with his or her environment, and how behavioral disorders occur. According to Eric Berne, there are three ego states: children, parents and adults. When a child is submissive in the relationships they establish with their families, when the parent is authoritarian, and when it is reasonable, the adult ego situation is the issue. When the field literature was searched, it was seen that the studies were mainly carried out in the fields of psychology, business administration, nursing, education and training. In the field of communication, transactional analysis studies have not been studied much. Therefore, this study, which deals with the communication effect of ego states, contributes to the field. In this context, the article tried to explain transactional analysis and ego situations, which are communication and personality theory, which will enable us to look at the problems that may be encountered in the communication process and to solve the problems from different perspectives. Finally, Eric Berne's approach and concepts are embodied by analyzing the film "Ins£¿de Out" %K Transaksiyonel Analiz %K Ego Durumlar£¿ %K £¿leti£¿im %U http://dergipark.org.tr/adusobed/issue/47467/430196
